This website has no forms, uses no cookies or analytics tools and loads no third-party resources. It only processes personal data when you write to us by email.

What data we process and why

If you write to us: we process your email address, your name and whatever you tell us in your message, only to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to tell you about Zasply.

When you visit the website: the server that hosts it keeps technical records such as your IP address and browser, which are needed to serve the pages and protect them from abuse.

Legal basis

• Replying to your message: your consent when you write to us (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Server technical records: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and running (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

How long we keep it

Emails, for as long as the conversation lasts and afterwards for as long as needed to deal with any legal liability. Technical records, for the time the hosting provider sets for security.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties unless the law requires it. Our email and web hosting providers process it on our behalf as data processors.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@zasply.com. If you believe we are not processing it correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
